We require 25 calls deposit commitment to start. Billing is on an invoice basis, there is no automatic billing. You can pay the invoice online via PayPal using your PayPal account or credit/debit cards. Once the first 25 calls are delivered, if you decide to continue, you will receive invoice for every 50 calls thereafter.
You can mark junk calls to be reviewed. If approved you will receive calls credit in your next invoice.
Yes, we understand sometimes you are backed up or need a break, however your advance notification is recommended.
All invoices are sent to your email and you can pay online using credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Unfortunately we can’t control that and we do charge for missed calls. We highly recommend that you return missed calls immediately.
Your dispatcher will pick up the phone as usual and they will hear a whisper notifying that the call comes from us.
